A pioneer Martial Arts school in New York's Capital Region, thousands have trained here since Northeast Taekwondo was established in 1977 by Taekwondo Grand Master Les Zampino.

At Northeast TKD, we believe that the art of Taekwondo is much more than a sport. It is a lifestyle of physical and mental training proven to develop the complete being - physically and mentally.

Our students represent all ages and skill levels. We offer programs for children, adults and also family memberships. We are very proud of the progress and growth of each and every one of our students.
